  • Most ZØY pieces are crafted using lost-wax casting, allowing for intricate, sculptural forms.
  • Each piece is shaped and finished by hand. Subtle variations in form are part of its sculptural nature and character — reflecting movement, material, and the human touch behind it.
  • Surfaces are carefully hand-finished with refined textures such as polished, matte, brushed, sandblasted, oxidized, or bright silver finishes.
  • Multiple layers of plating and protective coating are applied to enhance durability and longevity.

  • Earrings: Earring posts – 925 sterling silver; Main body – gold- or silver-plated brass or stainless steel
  • Rings, brooches, necklaces, and bracelets: Gold- or silver-plated brass
  • Selected designs are also available in 925 sterling silver, 950 silver, 999 silver (higher silver content), or gold vermeil (gold-plated sterling silver). Please see the product description and options for availability.
  • All of our jewelry is nickel-free and suitable for sensitive skin.

  • Most of our earrings are lightweight and comfortable for everyday wear. For larger statement pieces, we recommend using reinforced earring backs for additional support.
  • Most of our rings, necklaces, and bracelets are adjustable for a comfortable fit.

Orders are normally packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Tracked shipping with PostNord

All orders are shipped with PostNord Sweden. Estimated delivery times are approximately 1–3 business days within the Nordic countries, 3–7 business days within Europe, and 5–10 business days outside Europe.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, which can be used to follow your parcel via the national postal service in each destination country.

The bracelet is just so pretty! I love it!! The package is really pretty and unique as well. There’s a lot of care products included as well which is such a nice detail. It really makes you feel cared for as a customer.

I also recently unfortunately had some trouble with receiving the bracelet due to my own mistake of accidentally missing a detail on the receiver address. Zøy has been so incredible helpful throughout the entire process and have been so kind with their responses. I ended up re-buying the bracelet to be able to get it since the delivery service said they weren’t able to deliver the bracelet. However, I ended up receiving both packages. Zøy was very helpful as well with the return of the second bracelet:)
